Amy Frith
Owner & Agent
Amy Frith was born and raised in Longview, Texas. She attended the Hallsville schools during her formative years, where she received a quality education. Amy's passion for effective communication led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in speech communication at the University of Texas at Tyler. After completing her education, Amy embarked on a fulfilling career in the healthcare industry. Her experiences in healthcare and senior living taught her the value of empathy and understanding, shaping her into a kind and compassionate individual. In 2020, Amy made a career transition and became an insurance agent and agency owner. This allowed her to utilize her strong communication skills and passion for helping others in a new way. As an insurance agent, she is committed to providing comprehensive coverage and peace of mind to her clients. Outside of her professional life, Amy is a proud mother to three children (and FannyLu, her Jack Russell Terrier). She cherishes her role as a wife to Michael Frith and values the love and support they provide each other. Amy's life is one of continuous growth, learning, and service. From her upbringing in Longview, to her education, healthcare career, and current role as an insurance agent and agency owner, she strives to make a positive impact on the lives of others while embracing the joys of family life.

Kim Nix – Office Manager
As the dedicated Office Manager at Amy Frith Insurance Agency, Kim is the heart of the office, keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring clients receive top-notch service. With her friendly demeanor and attention to detail, she helps create a welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
Outside of work, Kim treasures time with her beloved grandbaby, Arizona. She also enjoys beach getaways with her husband, Chuck, doting on her sweet Maltese, Prissy, and sharing her love of cooking with family and friends. Her warmth and passion for helping others shine through in everything she does.
Nick Morton – Insurance Agent
Nick Morton is a knowledgeable and dedicated Insurance Agent at Amy Frith Insurance Agency, committed to helping clients find the right coverage to protect what matters most. With a focus on building lasting relationships and providing personalized service, Nick works hard to make insurance simple and stress-free.
When he's not assisting clients, Nick enjoys hitting the golf course, relaxing at the lake, and exploring new places through travel. His easygoing nature and strong work ethic make him a valued member of the team.
Paxton McGarvey – Insurance Agent
Paxton McGarvey is a committed Insurance Agent at Amy Frith Insurance Agency, known for his integrity, strong work ethic, and personalized approach to helping clients protect what matters most. Guided by his faith, which he considers the foundation of his life, Paxton brings honesty and care to every interaction.
Outside the office, Paxton enjoys quality time with his wife, Sadie, and their family. He’s an avid golfer, enjoys staying active through workouts, and loves spending time outdoors—especially hunting. His values-driven approach and dedication to others make him a trusted resource and a valued member of the team.
Riley Lux – Marketing & Client Coordinator
As the Marketing and Client Coordinator at Amy Frith Insurance Agency, Riley Lux brings creativity, organization, and a passion for people to everything she does. From managing client communications to elevating the agency’s brand, Riley plays a key role in creating a positive experience for both clients and the community.
Outside of the office, Riley enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, shopping, and loving on her Toy Aussie Millie. Her eye for detail and love for connecting with others make her an essential part of the team.
Avery Lutz – Client Retention Analyst & Licensed Agent
As the Client Retention Analyst at Amy Frith Insurance Agency, Avery Lutz works behind the scenes to help ensure every client remains supported long after their initial policy is written. With her insurance license and strategic mindset, she focuses on the internal processes that keep things running smoothly, helping the agency maintain strong, lasting relationships.
Outside of the office, Avery is married to Jackson and is the proud mom of a sweet little boy. She loves cheering on Texas A&M at any sporting event, crafting in her downtime, and spending time with her two dachshunds, Honey and Max. Her attention to detail and dedication to the agency’s mission make her a valued part of the team.
